Considering it's inside a subway station, it has a great atmosphere. There are private tables behind the restaurant, with very comfortable sofas. You don't find any food as such, just snacks.

There were two very friendly and helpful girls and one guy working there. They serve quickly, but it can get crowded sometimes. I recommend the cherry icee and the croissant-style sandwiches. It's a good place to grab a snack and relax on the couches.

A good option for eating and resting a bit on your trip on the Metrorrey.

It's a nice place; if you have time for a coffee, both the regular and the traditional Mexican coffee are worth it. The pastries are delicious. I wouldn't highly recommend the smoothies because I've had much better, but they do their main job perfectly, and the staff are very friendly.

The coffee cup lids aren't the right size, and the coffee tastes burnt. There were no Blueberry muffins. They only had Nutrileche. I'd ask for lactose-free milk or powdered milk. The lady who serves us is super friendly. She always gives me great service, and they accept credit cards.

It was my first time shopping, but it was a very pleasant experience, from the moment they serve you. This time I decided to start getting to know this cafe by ordering crepes and croissants. Both are delicious. The crepes are golden on the outside but soft on the inside, and the croissants are a perfect mix of vegetables, ham, and cheese. The textures when you bite into them are incredible since they're fresh vegetables. Speaking of prices, it's well worth it for the quantity, quality, and flavor. My only complaint is that it feels a little warm, but I know that's not their fault; other than that, it's an excellent place.

I always go to this café. I've never had a bad review before. Until recently, when I went with a friend and we sat at one of the tables. We hadn't even ordered yet because we were wondering what to order, the manager, very rudely, told us we couldn't sit down before ordering. I thought the manager was providing terrible service. The staff at Félix U Gómez are always very friendly.

It depends on who serves you. Personally, they haven't treated me badly, but I have noticed that they treat other people badly.

Excellent service. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. The marzipan frappé and the baguette were 10/10.
